| Paddles
The choice of wood or carbon fiber is personal preference.
High Performance wood paddles look similar to the loaner (club) practice paddles, but the High Performance are lighter and more refined.
Carbon fiber paddles are the lightest in weight.
Once you have your own paddle, you can wrap tennis racket wrap where the bottom hand goes. It helps keep the bottom hand from sliding. Not everyone uses wraps. Some use wax to keep hand from sliding.
